Account Manager for Institutional Sales

FE is seeking an Account Manager for Institutional Sales - client base most of the UK's Financial Services industry, from AXA to Zurich.

Role involves:

  • Maintain and grow revenue from existing customer base, includes seeking out new business within large complex organisations
  • Regular onsite visits to strengthen relationships and demonstrate new services
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on current service and new deliveries.
  • Interact with customer delivery teams to shape specifications of bespoke customer solutions
  • Report to sales management on activity and revenue forecasting
  • Maintain contact management records to assist with client communications and marketing campaigns
  • Market research within accounts to identify key individuals and opportunities

Suitable candidates will be:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Highly motivated and used to working to multiple deadlines
  • Good understanding of technology – preference for grasp of Investment Industry/ Financial Services
  • Willing to engage in all areas of business to develop knowledge
  • Active listener, excellent communication and analytical skills
