Training Consultant

FE is looking to fill the role of Training Consultant in the FE Academy Team. Working within the Distribution team, this role will be based in our Woking office.

Training will be a combination of online and face to face, mostly held at FE’s office with the opportunity to deliver training at the Client’s premises. The roles’ key objective is to provide training and coaching FE’s main products, e.g. FE Analytics and FE FinXL, for Retail and Institutional clients, as well as participating in various training and support projects for new products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering training on FE's key in house products – FE Analytics and FinXL, understanding the functions; screens; software and associated processes and products
  • Conducting systems training with internal and external clients
  • Management of the FE Training Academy support collateral
  • Maintain records of revenue generated and training report metrics
  • Assessing the clients training needs i.e. completing training needs analysis
  • Maintaining the FE Analytics Exam and certification
  • Ensuring clients have a good grasp of the features and benefits of using the services in a consultative fashion
  • Prioritise own workload
  • Maintenance of internal client records
  • Provide key feedback to the product teams
  • Participation in the roll out of new products
  • Attend and present in annual roadshows to clients, and other events throughout the year
  • Engaging with clients to ensure they are using systems to the maximum capacity
  • Analysing account usage to identify touch points
  • Developing a strong knowledge of additional FE products e.g. FE Invest, FE Precision etc.
  • Recognising further sales opportunities within the existing client base
  • Regular feedback to team for future engagement and marketing campaigns
  • 2nd line support for other teams

Key Skills

  • Flexible training style to adapt and adjust focal points of training to meet client needs
  • Ability to articulate clearly and professionally (both verbal and written)
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft Suites
  • Analytical mind-set with good attention to detail
  • Experience gained from a previous training or client management role
  • Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with clients
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Diplomacy
  • Time management
  • Knowledge of IFA market is desirable
